Refund & Returns Policy
Not the right fit or size? Here’s exactly how returns, exchanges and refunds work at CuteCloth.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your order tracking. Requests raised after this window unfortunately cannot be accepted, so do check the fit and fabric as soon as your order arrives.
2Conditions For Returns
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
✅ Accepted when
- Unused, unwashed and unworn
- Original tags and hang-tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Free of stains, odour, or alterations
❌ Not accepted when
- Tags have been removed or cut
- Item shows signs of wear or wash
- Item is damaged by the customer
- Return is requested after 7 days
3Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Innerwear, vests and briefs
- Socks and hosiery
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Not Returnable” on the product page
4How To Start A Return
Starting a return takes just a couple of minutes:
- Go to My Account → Orders and select the order you’d like to return.
- Or email us at heelalehandel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Let us know your preference — a size/style exchange, a refund, or store credit.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and schedule a free pickup within 24–48 hours.
5Pickup Process
CuteCloth arranges free reverse pickup from your delivery address — you don’t pay anything to send the item back. Simply pack the item with its original tags and invoice, and hand it over to our courier partner when they arrive. If reverse pickup isn’t available at your pin code, we’ll share a prepaid shipping label and reimburse the courier cost.
6Refunds
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, you can choose how you’d like to be compensated:
- Refund to original payment method — credited within 5–7 business days.
- Store credit / wallet balance — added instantly for use on your next order.
For Cash on Delivery orders opting for a refund, the amount is credited to your bank account or UPI ID via a secure link sent by email or SMS.
7Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Exchanges follow the same 7-day window and condition checks as returns. Once we receive the original item, the replacement is dispatched right away — subject to stock availability. If your requested size or colour is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.
8Damaged, Defective Or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. These cases are resolved on priority — with a free pickup and your choice of a replacement, refund, or store credit, regardless of the standard return conditions above.
9Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven’t been shipped yet. Once an order is out for delivery or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled — but it can still be returned under this Policy. To cancel, go to My Account → Orders or email us right away with your order number.
10Policy Updates
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our process or for operational and legal reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
