1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cutecloth.in (“the Website”), operated by Heelal Handel Private Limited (“CuteCloth”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders through a parent or guardian, to transact on cutecloth.in. Since our products are designed for children, we expect most account holders and buyers to be parents, guardians, or other adults shopping on a child’s behalf.

3Your Account

Creating an account is optional but helps you track orders faster. You’re responsible for:

• Keeping your login details and password confidential
• Providing accurate and current information when registering or ordering
• Any activity that happens under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4Products, Pricing & Availability

We try to keep product descriptions, images, sizing and prices accurate, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, and occasional errors can occur. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Stock is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. In case an item you’ve ordered turns out to be unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative, refund, or store credit.

5Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email or SMS from us. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with delivery to your address.

6Payments

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available), processed through PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-authorised payment gateway partners. CuteCloth does not store your complete card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on its servers.

7Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through our courier partners. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Free delivery applies on orders above ₹750, as indicated at checkout.

8Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9Acceptable Use

While using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with the Website’s security, functioning, or availability
• Scrape, copy, or resell content or product listings without permission
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious scripts

10Intellectual Property

All content on cutecloth.in — including the CuteCloth name and logo, product photography, graphics, text, and website design — is the property of Heelal Handel Private Limited or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our written permission.

11Reviews & User Content

If you submit a product review, rating, comment, or photo, you confirm it’s your own honest opinion and doesn’t contain anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing on someone else’s rights. By posting, you grant CuteCloth a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use that content on the Website and in our marketing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

12Third-Party Links

Our Website may link to third-party sites, including social media platforms and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuteCloth and Heelal Handel Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction
